The plan calls for no tax increase for the tenth straight year.
Legislator Rodney J. Strange voted for the budget and called it a sound financial plan for county residents.
“This budget is a good budget that keeps the county moving forward without any loss of services and no layoffs all while keeping property taxes stable with no increase. We are in good fiscal shape and hopefully the economy will be better as 2015 unfolds,” Strange said.
