Below is the Lease agreement between the Chemung County Industrial Development Agency and Mammoth Sports and Entertainment, LLC.
Rodney J. Strange is a member of the Board of Directors of the Chemung County IDA and voted for this lease agreement saying it was the most consequential vote he has made as a public servant. He believes that what Mammoth Sports and Entertainment, LLC will do with First Arena will have a transformational affect on downtown Elmira for years to come and be a tremendous asset to all of Chemung County.
